About the Talk:

The presentation will cover site selection, history of events, development of infrastructures, Groundwater Dye Tracing data/results, analysis and modeling of groundwater responses. This presentation was originally presented for the East Snake Plain Aquifer Modeling Committee January 2025 but it has been updated since.

About the Speaker:

Neal Farmer has worked for the Idaho Department of Water Resources since year 2007, 18+ years, in the recharge program. Prior to that for the U.S. Dept. of Interior National Park Service for 11 years as Hydrogeologist. All 29 years of on the ground hydrogeology has been done in Southern Idaho. A.A. and Assoc. of Applied Hydrologic Science from CSI, B.S. Geology from the U of I and M.S. of Geohydrology from the U of I.
